I had one on my Glock 22.  I just got a YHM Diamond series free float rail on my Spike's middy so I put it on and it seems OK.  Anybody else try something like this?  Issues?  GTG?

Depends where you mount it.  Activation can be tricky, as it is a pistol light.  The laser is useless in daytime, bright light, or beyond 50 yards.  There are better and worse options.

I keep mine on my Glock 21

I was going to put it on the bottom and in front of where I place my hand (rifle length rail) so I could use one finger extended to activate.

That might work.  Consider left side of gun also.  Activate with thumb.

The only thing to watch out for is that it is TOO easy to accidentally switch between the laser/light/laser+light modes.  This is my only valid gripe about the functionality of the TLR2.

Best of luck!
