[ARCHIVED THREAD] - trigger pin ?

I ahve a large pin Colt lower and was given a small pin RRA 2stage trigger and hammer. I was wondering if It is possible and/or safe to drill trigger goup to larger pin size. If so, what is the best method/tools to use.
