| I have an upper that I think is an early LMT and am curious if anyone knows how they were marked? It was described as a FN when I bought it because the FSB is marked with a............ L EO 1 (FN) in circle. The barrel is marked just like a Colt except for no C MP. It is marked 5.56 NATO 1/9. The barrel extension has a "L" stamped on it if you are looking at the chamber. No marks on the barrel under handguards. It is a 14.5 M4 style. Any ideas? This is not a franken upper as you can tell it is factory. The upper receiver is a flattop and has no forge markings at all. |
