when insalling barrel to upper will i need any standerd parts?meaning will i get barrel nut and any thing else that i need with the forend that i use?[will probly use dd or larue]also what is the best way to aline gas block with the port on the barrel?

You should get all the necessary parts from your FF manufacturer, some require and include special wrenches.

I'm assuming that you are using an aftermarket FSB block with either clamp style or set screw hardware.

Block alignment is approximated by eye, then there's misc ways to final adjust.

With the upper held in a receiver block in a vice, I lay a scale on the block with the end of the scale  touching the upper receiver and see how the block aligns with the receiver regarding cant.  With whaterever attaching hardware snug but not tight, the FSB block can be tapped right or left to align.  Then completely tighten.

A 12" scale will work for a 16" carbine or mid-length barrel, a 20" rifle will require an 18" scale.
