I know it shouldn't bother me but...... I want to buy a flat top upper to replace the A2 upper on my older Colt AR lower that color matches. The Colt is a nice light grey park that doesn't match any of the uppers I have seen for sale.

To make it worse, it has a big hole (.315?) Colt front pivot pin. I can use a bushing for the pin hole if I have to but just can't stand the dark (almost black) upper being stuck on a light grey lower. I would buy the Daniel Defense big hole upper today if it wasn't so dark.

Any links to a light grey colored flat top upper?

Essential Arms makes a gray tough coat upper reciever. They don't have complete uppers but they do have both A2 & A3 style uppers.
