I have a 16" 1/9 twist m4 style upper, but I want to go for a "sniper" type look.  Long barrel, quad rail, bi-pod, huge scope... what do you guys suggest for an upper?  20"?  What twist?  Who makes a decent priced upper that fits that description?

Thanks,
Monkey

How about an 18" stainless in 1:8 twist?  Make it like an "SPR" which is a sniper type M16.
