I haven't found it so I figured i'd ask around here, does anyone make an upper receiver that has 20 moa built into the top picatinny rail?

i meant a canted flattop upper so that I dont have to use a canted scope mount or riser. It may not exist, but since my googlefu isn't that great I thought maybe someone around here may have heard of one.

I do not think what you seek exists. A flat top is, well, flat.
