What is a good quality receiver block or vice that is cheap? I don't plan on building that many of my own uppers, so I don't want to spend a fortune on the thing. However, I don't wan't to get ripped off either. What's a good compromise?

I got mine from RB precision it works great for both carry handle and flat top style.  Not too spendy either.  They have great service.
