so, the vertical grippy thing some folks have on their AR, what ya all think? better grip control and aim, or just for airsoft?
|
| I used to think they were just for Airsoft until I shot a guys rifle with one. Now I like them. It helps with recoil control to help you get back on targer faster. It also allows you to use your thumb to activate a Surefire light on your rails or mount tape switches on. The king of VG's is the Tango Down in my opinion but the KAC and Magpul are nice also. |

I'm another convert. I avoided them for years then I tried. I went from a Tango Down to a Surefire M900A-WH

oh shit!! that thing is 600 bucks!!! but it would be really nice wouldnt it although i dont really have any legitimate reason to have a 600 flashlight with a stick on it..... but then i suppose if i ever had to use the gun at night it would be really helpfull.... this is one expensive hobby |
You don't need to spend $600. Go buy my Knight's Armament vertical foregrip in the EE for a mere $35 shipped! |
