for those with experience shooting compensated guns at night ––-do you find that using a light saves you from momentary flash blindness ?

if so ––any specific  best technique to employ?

i understand  there are other pros and cons to a weapon light

––-but this post is specifically related to flash blindnesss@ night

........and weather or not use of a weapon light ,  and/or technique   will mitigate   flash blindness for the shooter.

thanks!

I find the best trick is to use a suppressor.
