Whats the difference (if any) between 5.56 nato & 6.8 spc lowers?  I'm thinking on getting a Ko-tonics upper and need to know if it will work on my Stag Arms 5.56 lower.

As far as I know there is no difference. Some people would just rather have a lower marked with the correct caliber the rilfe is in.
