| I'm about to purchase a left-handed Stag upper. I'm considering the 6.8 SPC caliber just to have something different. Can someone list the pro's and con's of this caliber? Thannks, Matt. |

.223 would be nice beacause of the expence of 6.8 ammo, but if you are only going to shoot every once and a while, i would go with what you want. the best thing with the AR, is if you want another caliber, just build or buy a new upper in said caliber, and walla... you have to guns... thats what i am doing.... |
| I have two other AR's already. An SP-1 from the early seventies and a Bushmaster carbine. This is my first build. I already built the lower. It's an Ameetec with a collapsible stock. I figured since I am left-handed and I already have two other ar's, I'd try a lefty. And while I'm at it, maybe make it the 6.8. |
