shoot xm193 or xm855 in a match chamber gun, which has a throat made specially for 62-75 grain match bullets??A Match Chamber is made to the tightest (smallest) of the 223 Remington chamber specifications.  It also has a throat specially made for the 62-75 grain match  bullets commonly used to load match cartridges.  This type of chamber is preferred by Match Shooters because it aligns the bullet to the rifling more precisely which contributes to accuracy.
Standard guns have 5.5.56mm Nato chambers & throats which are larger to compensate for  carbon & dirt build commonly found in the battle field conditions.  The Bore and Rifling is also held to tighter tolerances in match barrels.

Smarter people than me have said no-go due to high pressures, I would not do it. Just my opinion.

I have heard both OK and not OK.

Me personally, no I don't do that.

But then I only own 5.56mm chambers.

I used to have a rifle with a SAAMI spec .223 chamber, but found that with match ammo the difference was so minimal between a 5.56mm chamber and a .223 chamber that is was not worth keeping, at least at my skill level.
