| Well I finished my 7.62x39 build. everything shot great and cycled perfect until my DPMS Extractor failed/broke after only 50 rounds. (half brass and half wolf). I am looking to order another extractor but I really dont want a DPMS one since it left a bad flavor. Is there a way to mod a 5.56 extractor to work, or is there any other caliber extractors that will drop in and work? |
| I'm not sure about the DPMS extractors. I think ARP uses standard ar15 extractors in his. Someone here recently had a thread where they broke a 7.62x39 extractor and they had it running with a standard extractor. They also bought some replacement 7.62x39 extractors from Armalite. |
