Here in the new user forum, there are no questions too basic. There's no need to worry about being ridiculed for asking something you wish you already knew.
Archery can be overwhelming to get into. Picking out the best of the bows, releases, arrows, etc., for you can be a daunting task. To make sure you don't start out on the wrong foot, post away with anything you aren't 100% decided on what to do or how to go about figuring it out. It's also for more than just gear. If you have form or technique questions, let 'em fly.
