Not sure I really get the "symbology" here. I'm guessing those cartridges are the next ones that DA is designing cans for and the 12 ga shell is missing at the end.  I get the 50 cal and 338 lap, but it sure looks like a 9mm and a .45 in there, and DA already makes multiple cans for those....

Don't think into it too much. They're teasing a shotgun can.

So basically a 12ga compatible Primal?

LOL. Yeah at first I was like WTF, none of those are suppressors. Then the 12ga shell is missing from the second pic so

It’ll be interesting to see what a decade of development will yield for a 12ga can. The Salvo is the only one that made it to the (somewhat) mainstream as far as I know.

Plot twist, they’re teasing a .50 BMG can.

Yeah, maybe it's a .50 can that can handle all of those except the 12ga... Probably not though, I do wish the .338 Lap had been the one missing, need a .335/.358 Nomad Ti in my life for some reason.

Rex makes a 12ga can. Id rather try my luck with that over a salvo 12.

Do you really think there's a large enough market for 50 cal cans for dead air to make one?

That’s what the primal is for. I’ve used mine on 338LM and it sounds pretty good. Better then my buddies harvester big bore that’s a dedicated 338 csn.

That’s been my thoughts after seeing this. The 338 will be the last one left and gets picked up out of the dirt and loaded. This is purely speculation though. Mike has said in tons of instagram live videos he doesn’t want to do a 50 cal

I find it funny when companies like DA try to be cool and edgy instead of just making a affordable, reliable and available suppressor.
Owning some of their products as well as their non hipster competitors I can attest that its the rabid fanbase which supports them...

.338 is as niche as .50 bmg so I'll hazard a guess that ain't it. If I were a betting man, my money would be on a can designed for a handgun with a bore that can accommodate .45 ACP with optional 9mm end caps. They have a 9mm pistol can already but the design is definitely not for everyone and I don't see it nearly as much as some competitors. For the foregoing reasons, it will be a .45 pistol can.

Or the primal that can do 338LM, 45-70 and has a booster for all handguns too

I think their cans are competitively priced, and well-made. I have many (as well as many other cans from other manufacturers), and I have had no complaints whatsoever.

People really only started hating on them when they became popular. But they aren’t the hottest name in the game for the past few years because of cool Instagram posts. They make good products that are well supported? Are they the best at everything for everyone? Probably not. But it’s not trash either. And they stay in their wheelhouse. Cans, mounts, muzzle devices, and little else.

I'm thinking those rounds are gone because they were loaded into the gun and fired through the suppressor.

Otherwise it makes no sense to me.

Little birdie tells me this can will be quite different from what they’ve done in the past (ie not a slightly adapted version of something they already make). Now, what is meant by that I have no idea. We’ll see tomorrow.

Mojave 9-3D printed can.

I guess the other calibers in the tease weren't relevant. It was more of saying, not a shotgun can, not a .338 etc.

I was hoping for a 50 cal can when I saw the teaser. .36 bore cans rated for 338 seem to be the rage now though and I could also use one of those if the weight is right.

What I presume is Dead Air's parent company also filed something with the patent and trademark office the same day as the Mojave 9 for something called the Nomax 33
