it's not red, it's copper.

I had my second thoughts about the colors as well.

I originally was going to use a brown instead of the copper, but my sample came out as more of a bastard diamondback look.

I decided to stay true to the copper.

Looks great! I'm thinking about trying this with more traditional colors on my SPR build.

On a side note, how do you like that HTA can? I've got a couple months left on my F4 before I get mine.

I'm not sure I'm ready to do an AR, ( well, I wouldn't be doing it ), but, I would be interested in getting my RIA 1911 done that way. I like your AR exactly as it is. I think a little smaller pattern done the same way would look awesome on a 1911.

I have a set of black grips, skateboard texture, that I wasn't really gonna use, but they'd be perfect for the copperhead thing.

I don't think my artist friend is gonna have time to do it, but I want to ask him first. If he can't, being that I'm in SC as well, is there any way you could do it? If you can, IM me, and maybe we can work something out.

This is music to my ears. I am picking my Kestral up next saturday and its going on my 10.5 in AR.
