I have been trying to zero my 10/22 but this factory trigger is really sticky and it is screwing up groups.
What are some good ways of dealing with this problem? Perhaps after market trigger? Maybe custom work.... Any suggestions are appreciated |

I tried this w/o changing springs......just install the new hammer and bushings. The trigger now breaks on 3 1/4 pounds. IMHO........excellent for the amount of money spent. PS........... |

I just did this. Made a HUGE difference in mine. Very nice trigger now.

Or... you can go electronic, which will let you set your pull weight from kilograms down to grams, and your travel down to nearly nothing ... and you can use it to have the best trigger possible, even on a bullpup stocked 10-22, as shown here. http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=317395 http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt194/BulZiPhoto/trimmed_stock_right.jpg http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt194/BulZiPhoto/trimmed_stock_left.jpg http://i611.photobucket.com/albums/tt194/BulZiPhoto/adjustable_trigger.jpg Is this your project? |

kidd triger group If money isn't a problem, the Kidd trigger is the best I have seen for the 10/22. I have tried various parts replacements. You can get a descent trigger, but nothing else is like the Kidd. For sure. No budget? Kidd. Budget, start with the volquartsen target hammer. |
