When properly installed this kit produces a remarkably light 2-3/4 lb trigger pull. Parts are drop in, except for fitting the sear to the safety which requires hand stoning. Please note that without hand stoning, the safety will appear on but the rifle will still fire. Sear must be stoned to fit to make the safety work properly. Most of the posts at Rimfire Central agree that you don't need to replace the sear, just the hammer to greatly improve the trigger pull. But you may want to run over there and check it out for yourself. No need spending money that could be better spent elsewhere. IMHO YMMV Woody |
Works great in mine. The sear in the kit I got mated to the safety right out of the package so no stoning was required. FWIW YMMV DFB |
