So I thought it might have been my stock. Well, my 50yrd target looks pretty shabby. 3 inchs. I know that its not me b.c. I use other 10/22s and get a great group. I think my stock might be causing it. Hogue stock. TAC SOL barrel, and everything else is stock. (other than the hammer-VOLQ) Any ideas?? When I put light pressure on the stock the point of impact changes.

Now you know why I don't use a Hogue anymore.
Mine wasnt that bad, but not nearly as consistent as what I have now.

Where is the problem with the Hogue stock?

From Clark Custom Guns: Clark
1 MOA accuracy guarantee for 5 shots with approved stock: The Hogue stock is approved!
It really can’t be so bad …

I have a different kinf of 10/22 problem. Is it kewl if I ask?

It jams every 10th or so shot. The shells are getting caught between the bolt and the receiver. Basically a failure to eject. Iv'e bought new mags, totally dissassembled and cleaned. What now? Extractor?

"accuracy guaruntees" are not worth the paper they are written on.

To the OP:  Check your mounts, make sure nothings loose.  Re-install all bases, rings, v-block bolts, ect with blue loctite.  Try swapping your scope to another rifle and see what happens.  Maybe you have a wandering zero.
Try swapping barrels to another rifle, ect.

Check any bolts, mounts, ect before you do anything.

My first question would be,what kind of ammo are you feeding it?
