Want to put one together, found everything for around 480 including s&h, any advice?

Assembling a 1903-A3 is nothing more than following the basics of building any Mauser type bolt action rifle.

One aid that might be of help is the US Ordnance manual on the 1903 series showing assembly and basic gunsmithing operations.
Things have progressed since those days, and you can get better accuracy by installing a better barrel and doing basic accuracy work like blueprinting the action and bedding into the stock.

Inspect all parts carefully.  All of them are probably used to well-worn to worn out and may have been refinished to look like new.  Inspect the receiver carefully for cracks and any signs of bolt set-back on the locking lugs.
Use a later bolt to avoid any problems with early 1903 bolt issues.
Check the stock and hand guard closely for cracks and being oil soaked.
If you have any feed issues out of the magazine it's probably a weak magazine spring. It may look good but isn't.
