I built this PCC to have something light. Both my CZ Scorpion and B&T APC9K Pro weigh as much as my 10.5" AR15 does! (around 7.4 to 7.9 pounds each, loaded) This B&T USW G17, with optic and comp and 33rd of 147gr HP, weighs a mere 3.87 pounds, literally HALF the others! Fully decked out with grip, light, and an Omega 9K suppressor even, is only 4.8 pounds. With the stock (although very thin) still gives me a 3rd point of contact and it's no problem reaching out to 100 yards WAY easier (well, way quicker at least) than I can do with a regular handgun. Base gun is my old Glock 17 Gen 3 (upgraded to a G34) with: Lone Wolf threaded barrel with Griffin EZ-LOK (and carry comp in some pics), Ghost Evo Elite 3.5 trigger kit, Trijicon night sights (STILL usable in the chassis), extended releases, etc. B&T USW G17 conversion kit has: Trijicon SRO with Jagerwerks BROS steel shield (mounted via a custom ACRO to SRO/RMR mount CHPWS made, as I don't care for the miniscule window of the ACRO), Surefire M140A Micro Scout Light Pro (with custom knurled knob so I can put it on/off quickly without tools), B&T QD Foregrip (modded so the light insets into it a tad, needed because of the super short rail), B&T Holster (modded so the suppressor can fit through it). It's basically a poor mans B&T/Steyr TP9/SPP, but with a WAY better trigger (couldn't stand my buddies TP9 with all the upgraded trigger parts, still pretty horrid).    Have it setup on a laser cut HSGI padded belt (with BH Riggers/Cobra inner belt), with pouches for the suppressor, grip, and light - all of which are QD (quick detach). Added a Blueforce 1-point sling wrapped-up on the back of the belt since when I add on the grip and light I can't holster it quickly anymore, so I needed something to secure it to my body still. And 3x 33-rd Glock mags (usually have a Ghost 22-rd in the gun itself).   Just a fun pic with an obnoxious mag lol (KRISS 40 round, which has been nothing but uber reliable for me actually).  |

My love of .40 S&W never ended, it just subsided for a little while. Well, it is back with a vengeance now. Really loving my new to me Beretta CX4 Storm in .40 S&W. Got a good deal at the local gun peddler.  500rds of 180gr FMJ, two 17rd and six 14rd PX4 Storm mags, the fake suppressor, plus the original paperwork/goodies and case. I immediately ordered a proper PX4 pistol for those magazines and the 92/96 series magazine adapter and mag catch so I can use my plethora of Model 96 mags in the CX4. The CX4 pairs nicely with my 96s  |

Scored a Raider Chassis off A3Industries last week for a KILLER deal. Went to the pawn shop for a base p320, tossed on a cheap optic and light and I am part of the cool kid club for $750 out of pocket. Got my Form 1 approval a few weeks ago. Finally got my 10" Green Mountain Barrel chrome lined barrel 3 or 4 days ago. Shoots great. Norinco 320.

I have several SBRs, but I think I just found my favorite. I just picked up a Broad River Tactical CAR-15SD upper and put it together as an SBR with an FRT. Holy crap this thing rocks. It’s has an MP5SD type barrel which has ports at the base of the barrel to drop supers to subsonic. It’s now my favorite followed by my AP5 and AP5-P. Attached File |
