Ok, so I want to put an X harness or suspenders on my padded belt and add some more gear to the belt..what do you all recommend that would be a padded harness to attach to my TT padded modular belt?

Thanks

HSGI makes a set of small, un-padded belt suspenders.
Nothing near as big as the USGI ALICE suspenders.
Probably just about right for balancing a lighter load, but not a full LBE-style setup.

I have a set of those HSGI suspenders and they're great to where under your body armor, supporting a 1st line belt.

I may buy a set from Diamondback Tactical and try them out too.

Those look good to, I also just found these

TAG H Harness

So I guess I have some options.

I am thinking of getting rid of the TT MAV vest's I have (both 1 piece and 2 piece) and just going with a belt and a H harness. I am in now way going to be going into battle unless thing get rough in my hood

So the idea for me is to simply to a belt and some pouches that I would not feel like I am trying to be something I am not when I go to the range, that is of course unless I get my 45 acres I am looking for then I can pose all day long by myslef

exactly how much schtuff is going on this belt?  The HSGI are well to task as 1st line braces, if you need something more, then you ought to rethink your loading.

not a lot of stuff at all,

3 Triple mag 5.56
2 double mag 7.62
2 Utility pouches
1 3 clip 9mm holder
1 Large Knife

my Safariland holster

On the support straps I can place my flashlight and Compass holder

I also like the idea of this setup that I can use my camelbak M.U.L.E.

Here a pix of my TT molle belt, have moved canteen and first aid pouch & installed them on the back on my molle LBV.

Made my own suspenders, left the back of my TT belt vacant, can use molle butt pack, when needed.

TG, that is what I am moving towards, I felt kind of strang with all this stuff strapped to my chest kind of like...well you know....

I have a set of very good condition USGI padded suspenders that I could throw a set of BHI duty keepers on and be done with it..

Anyone have any other suggestions to attach my USGI suspenders to the TT padded modular belt?

What LBV are you using? I am thinking if I use the Blackhawk Web Gear setup  can get a few more items on the back and some water... To many options..

This is my next big obstacle...

I guess using the USGI suspenders would be the cheaper route but I really like having a chest strap somewhere in the mix..

I'd recently stored my Interceptor, never use it, also it is too hot here in Texas, gotta keep it real.

I use this vest with my TT molle belt set up, when wearing both, the TT belt rides a little over two inches below my vest, so Im able to sit in my truck without either in  the way, also able to hit the woods and survive.

Much cooler to wear during summer months & fit over coat during winter months, also able to have camalbak or three day assault pack, without having to move anything.

Also like to note, suspenders arent really needed with a TT belt, but if your are real sweaty or wet, the suspender is added security.

If, having a loaded up butt pack, suspenders are a plus, other than that, their not needed.
