Hey guys I loaded some 270 win loads useing 110 grain serria hunteing bullets and I'm showing flaten primers and hard bolt opening and I'm not to the max load yet and my crono shows my FPS is slow to. I've rechecked my numbers, and OAL and it seems OK any suggestion on a cause. I don't have the number here with me but I' m using varget powder fed primers and Win. brass

You'll have to post the charge weight.

The load manuals are guidelines, not gospel.  This is why nearly every thread in this forum includes at least one, and usually many, warnings to work up loads from about 10% less than the published maximum (that would be about 5 grains in this case), and your results are going to be different than the load manual.

A sticky bolt is a warning that the charge is too high.  Doesn't matter whether it matches a load manual or you want to use more gunpowder, the pressure is too high and needs to be backed down a couple of grains.

You might want to double check your scale.

Try 56.2 gr pushing 130 Hornady SP. That is IMR 4350. 4831 shoots tight groups also in my .270
