Over the past month or so I have pretty much rounded out my collection but Im thinking I may need a second 22 silencer. I currently have a element 2 in jail and have very little experience with 22 silencers. I see that a mask is available and that thunderbeast is now making one.  Any suggestions?    Thanks

Go for the Mask. The Thunderbeast is still vaporware at this point.

Funny, I thought I needed a second 22 can too.  Now I'm looking at my 4th one.  To be fair, I have two little ones that will be starting to shoot soon and they will have dedicated suppressors on their guns.  I have tacsol axiom should be approved anytime now and a Da mask on a form 4 and a liberty regulator that will soon be form 4 before July 12th.

With that said, the mask seems like a good option based on everyone's review. Of course I bought one

Mask or Spectre. Or even a Regulator. Probably wouldn't look too much farther than that if I wanted another rimfire can right now.

I was faced with the same dilemma last week and decided to take a chance on the Ruger Silent SR.

Not to throw this thread out of whack, don't you have a SW 15\22 with a 4.5" barrel? What suppressor are you using on it? And has it gave you any issues? I formed 1 my and planning was on a 4.5 barrel to keep everything subsonic. I read in some other places that the 4.5 barrel gave people issues.  I going to use my regulator on it.

Funny that's the same three suppressors I'm waiting for stamps on.

I have both in hand and like both. The choice is which you can find in stock.

Definitely yes on at least two rimfire cans.  I bought my first one in 2006 and another six months later, that way both you and a friend can shoot at the same time.  Shooting a suppressed rimfire (or anything for that matter) isn't as much fun if those around you are shooting unsuppressed.  Ten years later and they both still get lots of use.  If you have serviceable pistol cans those can function for rimfire nicely as well.  Buy another you won't regret it

Since you already have a lightweight suppressor, I would go for a Spectre or Mask.

I have a Sparrow & Spectre II.  The Mask is waiting in jail.

Thunderbeast's Take Down 22 is available through Silencer Shop? I'm going to pick one up as my next .22lr can.

I don't think you took a chance. From watching the review on it on the NFA channel, it looks like a solid can. Kind of reminds me of the spectre II.

Can't go wrong with either. If I had a choice of one or the other, I'd go mask.

A 2nd Element for another pistol so you can have 1 in each hand.

Solid advice here. My Regulator sounds great but I am looking forward to getting my hands on my Mask.
