I am looking to do 30-30 reloads in 150 grain possibly FMJ bullets. I am looking for a good powder reccomendation and bullet mfg. I have 700 brass cases on hand to load.

Start by scaring up information about the bullets available.  The selection is a little limited for lever guns.  Sierra has a 150 grain flat nose Pro Hunter that will probably work great for slaying whitetails.  I don't load for this cartridge, but if I started I would use something already on hand, either one of the 4895's or IMR 4064.

BLC2 is good for thuddy thuddy (30-30) & it works well in .223 also.

It doesn't look like you are searching for high end bullets, but will mention this anyway since it is new this year, I believe Hornady is offering its plastic tipped (but usable in tube magazines) LeverRevolution bullets as components this year.

Here you go, called "Flex Tip"  http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat602007-cat20843&id=0065956216930a&navCount=1&podId=0065956&parentId=cat20843&masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=IK&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat601233&hasJS=true

IMR 3031 and Alliant Reloder 7 are my go to .30/30 powders.

I just picked up 400+ casings at an estate auction that I need to work up.

I use 3031 powder behind a 170gr Hornady Flat-point, and it's smoked many a deer up at the farm.

BLC2 is what I use for 30-30, 223,and 308.

I am not aware of any FMJs that are not Spitzers (pointed), and would not be suitable for the 30-30 in a lever action.

I would recommend the various 150 gr flat point or round nose bullets.

I've had good luck with 748 in my 30-30.  However, have never found FMJ flatnose bullets for use in a 30-30.  All mine have been 150 and 170 grain flat nose design.
FWIW, I found the 30-30 case to be tempermental when crimping. So I siwtched to a Lee FCD.  (and I always trim to length).

Win 748 is a good .30-30 powder.
