Ok so I know this Is the .50 area. But maybe you guys know. My dad brought home a 30mm? Bullet. I used a caliper and it says 30mm so ill guess its that.   Now I'm guessing its a dummy the nose cone sounds hollow. It's a grey blue color. It seems to have what looks like a plastic driving band?  It also has some numbers on it, maybe a serial or designation number? I don't think it was fired cuz there's now rifleing  marks and I think if it was fired it probably be pretty banged up. He said a guy he works with had a bucket full of them.  Any ideas?
