You gonna get locked.

But before the lock, I buy mine from Bumblebee bullets.  Good bullets, low prices.

I have a friend who casts .45 and .38 bulets. He buys his lead in Houston from a seller who uses the original Lyman mix. It's hard enough that I rarely have to clean lead from my barrel. I buy 200gr LSWC for $65.00 per thousand.
I used to buy from Magnus, but he is closer.

I've been using the Hornady HAP 230gr, ordered from Midway. .17 per bullet after shipping for a very accurate bullet.

My next order will be from Precision Delta.  .12 cents per bullet shipped, will probably get 5000.

I'm loading 230 gr HAP as well for IDPA I'm very happy with them.

I just recently had new tires mounted and they put STEEL weights on my rims.

How are you getting them for $0.17?!?!?!!  Shippping must be cheap to you.   Cost to me is $0.193 for 1500 (backordered though).

They had them on sale a little while back.  It was actually cheaper at the time to get three 500 packs, which fits in a medium USPS box.

I haven't figured what my cost per round is but I bought the HAP bullets on sale months back.
Midway currently sell them for approx.  $91 per 500 count.
If you buy 1500 at a time it's less than .17 cents per bullet, of course you can load lead for even less I'd say.

is the 45 auto they list, the same as 45acp?
7/29/2011 1:04:30 PM EDT
[#25]
" ACP" = Automatic Colt Pistol which people mistakenly use as a generic term for the .45 Auto cartridge.
You often see them used interchangeably.
