Lyman reloading manual shows a starting load of 8.5 grains of unique with a 255 grain, lead bullet.  Claimed velocity is 1013.  So, with a lighter bullet, that's where I'd start.  They show loads going up to 10.2 grains of unique without much increase in velocity.

Somewhere  between 8.0 and 8.5 grains to start with a 230 grain, lead bullet.

Lyman 49 page 391, 255 gr cast data with Unique shows,

Start 6.0 for 590 fps
Max  8.5 for 846 fps

Using data for a heavier bullet will work with odd bullet weights.

Stay with the standard loads. Don't be tempted by the High Pressure loads.
