Where can i print the form out online? Where do I send it? Can I fax it in? |

The 5320.20 is also available on the ATF website at this link: www.atf.gov/forms/pdfs/f532020.pdf The instructions on the back of the form say: The registered owner of NFA firearm(s) shall complete two copies of ATF Form 5320.20 and forward the forms to the Director, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, 244 Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV 25405 (Attention: NFA Branch). Well crap.... It's been a while (quite a while) since I did a 5320, I stand corrected on the address. |

FWIW, almost all of the operational sections of BATFE NFA branch have moved to W.Va. The only departments left in D.C. are the policy-level and law-enforcement sections. While Form 4 applications now go to Atlanta because they handle most ATF fee processing, all other correspondence should go to W.Va., not D.C. |
