Hey guys, is there a perfered mag tube cap w/ swivel for the Mossberg 590A1?

The factory cap has a hole for a swivel.

Not so fast! If you use the stud in the cap and attach a sling you will not be able to use your bayonet. Look on the back side of your baynet lug and you'll find another hole you can put your stud in.

This is oh so true.. but I was refering to my 18.5" and not my 20" which has the bayonet.

You can't mount a bayonet on an 18.5 since there is no bayonet lug; so its irrelevant. Just use the hole in the magazine cap to mount your sling.
