I saw in another thread where the SR5 is being held off until December. My thing is that you already are being bent over by having to wait for the form 4 transfer. Buy the best quality that is currently in stock. My LGS sells AAC, so that is what I buy. I really like my Element and I'm pending on an SDN-6. Both of them were "in the running" with other cans, but I would buy what you can get NOW. By the time a can is put into production, you could probably have already had another can.

I looked at this quickly on the web sight. I just dont see what is so great about i. It is just another K baffle 22 suppressor. Am i missing something? I am not trying to be a wise ass. But is it that much quieter than the Sparrow or SWR? When the element came out it was one of the quietest on pistols and has low FRP. Its a few db dB louder on a rifle than sparrow or prodigy. I like my element, but if I had to get another 22 can today id go with xcaliber genesis or swr spectre 2 because they have no FRP, are just as quiet as the element, and can be found for $100-150 cheaper than element |

Not to derail the thread but the SWR 22 cans look nice time. I am actually really intrigued by the SWR Warlock II. I have Sparrow that would handle high volume fire and muti caliber use. But at one point i had a $35 credit a Silencer Shop. The idea of a $190 Warlock II, VERY quiet, light weight 22 can was appealing
PS the Warlock looks like it should be just as quiet (manufacturer -41Dd) as the Specter II or the Sparrow or Element for that matter. Just not SS. |
