Anyone know how to get in touch with them? 3 e-mails in 2 weeks without any reply. I must admit the first time (Dec-05) I e-mail them (about the problem) I had very positive and quick repleys but I delayed sending my can back until now. I guess you have to strike when the iron is hot. edited to hopefully not be rude Update: I have to admit I should have called before posting, I have become use to e-mail for communication and often neglect to pick up the phone in my busy life. Even with the delay of returned e-mail I should attempted a 2nd route of communication. I talked to AAC today and there response was both friendly and professional. The customer service and phone call was A+. My Apologies and Thanks to AAC (and to all of ya’ll who said call’em) |
Why are you bitching about it now? You sound like a big fat . If you are not you need to apologize for being stupid and call them. You can find the number if you actually bought a can from them on your form 4. |
How easy it is to throw the insult out at someone you don't know. Some of us work for a living (10 hrs days)and not behind a desk ...nor are we where we can just pick-up the phone and call. If you can talk on your phone then you are at your “job” ... me I'm at Work.. I think that a line a previously established communication should be sufficient for said communication in the future. And my F-4 only has the Transferor's name ... which is the dealer in my state not AAC. Also I figure when you e-mail someone they should respond. I feel no apology is due to post a fact about poor service. And if would like a video of my rattling can (after 600 rounds of 45) I could post that to. with that said thanks gus for your civilized response. ( I'll try calling but unkown when with long days and drive time that is why e-mail is so much better) |
They are on this site - one of them will see this thread and post. When did you last e-mail? They've hired more folks to deal with customer service and stuff. |
1928a1, sounds to me like he is pressed for time like everyone else nowadays...i think you need to apolojise to him for your rude remarks. seeming that if i recall you are the one always bitching about them and before you start bitching again i amnot a aac dealer or have anything that is "aac" nor do i want a can from them "i perfer swr lrm and the like". i also think it is rediclous that you would make a comment like that when someone it just trying to get their can fixed...afterall this is a technical and discussion forum tacmed, i think you will find them getting ahold of you sooner than you think. one of them is probally going to respond in this thread about it or will send you a im. "as gus stated before" i hope ya get you can fixed soon! |

You are right they are on this website and I'm sure they have checked their e-mail over the last 2 weeks. e-mail dates were 6-12, 6-20, & 6-22 and I e-mailed Kevin through this site 6-24 @ 3pm so I would not count that one. (if you do reply, e-mail.. I don't use an IM) JohnnyR ... no you haven't heard me say anything bad about AAC. search my post and see. Always positive and truthful. I just asked the question how do you get in touch with them because my attempts have failed. (discussion forum) I would have rather had my correspondence returned and not have had this post, but that didn’t happen and I don’t see where I should say “sorry" for that. I would say sorry for being impatient but I think 2 work weeks is long enough to reply in some way. Even with sorry but no we won't fix it. The suppressor still works, the baffles just move inside the can (rattle). It is acutally pretty quite for a 45 can. If the mod's want to pull this post, that’s fine with me. I'll see how the phone call goes if there continues to be no contact via e-mail. He may just be behind, like I said... the first time I ever e-mailed Kevin, I was met with a great response. In fact the first e-mail I sent this time, I just hit the reply button on that e-mail. |
And you are the troll police? |
tac med, i am on you side i belive you read my post wrong man.....this was the only thing directed towards you that i posted
|
He edited out that he said he should have ordered from SWR to keep himself from looking more like a troll or troublemaker. It's NOT ridiculous to comment on his behavior, he already communicated with the manufacturer then did nothing; then he comes to a suppressor site that is supposed to be TECHNICAL discussion and complains because HE dropped the ball and let it go. Yet he won't post what actually happened to his can so this could actually be a TECHNICAL DISCUSSION. I'm not going to apologize for calling a spade a spade and calling it like I see it. If you don't like it, tough. |

I can related to being busy. I have TWO full-time jobs. But, I also take a break for lunch everyday. I'm sure if it was really important to you, you could find five minutes somewhere in your day to make a phone call. Often I must use my time driving to and from work to make personal phone calls. E-mailing AAC is not always the best way to reach them. I know from personal experience. I don't mean any of that as a flame, so I hope you don't take it that way. Best regards, Mark |
I tried to IM you, but you do not accept them. Call the office Monday morning and ask for Freddy. Thanks. |
