Has anyone used ADCO to get their MSAR threaded? I am thinking about getting my 16” STG556 re-threaded to 1/2x28 rather than getting an adaptor. I realize that this probably means chopping it shorter than 16” so I’d have them pin a YHM Phantom QD for my Phantom suppressor to bring it up to legal length. I’ll have to be careful about the length to make sure the gas valve can be serviced.
In any case, I am wondering if they charge the same for an AUG barrel as they do for an AR barrel. I’ve called and they don’t answer the phone (and it say specifically not to leave messages as they aren’t checked). I’ve also emailed and got no response either. Thanks in advance! |
