| Is there any way to add a Side Mount to a Saiga 12 if it didnt have one from the factory?? or would that entail drilling out the Rivets and setting new ones?? |

Always a way, but probably not easy. Since factory side scope mounts are riveted, you'll either be replacing rivets or drilling holes and bucking new rivets. That's pretty much what I figured Drill out rivets, tap, Red Loctite hex-head cap bolts. |
