AMI Plates > Tactical Gear

Who is running AMI plates? I am looking at a combo of a TAC3S front and SAPI3 rear for use on higher risk incidents at my PD job. Anyone have any input?

I purchased TAC3S for my agency. Works well. They aren't the lightest, but they work well, and I needed something I wasn't worried about someone breaking.

Yes, I have a guy here that I worry can break such things....

It was 3 years ago, but I remember it wasn't extended or unreasonable.
