I'm looking to buy a new plate carrier, and probably going with an APC.

I'm not sure about sizing though. I've seen a lot of very contradictory things about sizing though.

I've got a 40" chest, 38" waist (in both BDU's and ACUs, I wear large pants and a medium shirt). Using 10x12 plates.

Do I want the S/M1 or S/M2 size?

I'm 135lbs, 30in waist, 36' chest and the APC s/m1 is what I have. It has the small cummerbund. The fit is spot on for me. However, I could fit the medium cummerbund too. If you are between sizes I would go with the medium cummerbund
