[ARCHIVED THREAD] - AR15 - 50 Cal Lower

This is what I want for a 50 Cal Upper (MMag).
AR15 lower without the mag well cut out and without the bolt catch and mag catch machined out. Basically a simple SOCOM lower would be ideal.
Now who has it? Where can I get it?

Have you tried DPMS? It seems that alot of people like their Kali legal lower with the Ferret50. Should work just as well with the MMAG.

Go to biggerhammer board Post to Thumper. http://www.biggerhammer.net/barrett/wwwboard/index.cgi?#98103 I just bought his Ferret50 upper and he has a DPMS lower single shot. No mag well and without the bolt catch. Ready to go for the .50BMG uppers.

I just checked, the stainless DPMS lower in the Brownell's catalog has a retail price of $349 and a dealer price of $169. With a black finish the dealer price is $189.

Might wanna check with CMMG over in EE. IIRC, he quoted 169 for a Black. Dont quote me!
