So far, no bites in the Precision Rifle group, so I'll try here..

I've got a nice ART II scope that is in very good condition. The only problem being the rings are rather difficult to turn- so much that it feels like I am doing something wrong!

Does anyone have any experience with "Iron Sight, Inc" as linked from here?

Otherwise, I'd need a good scope smith to loosen things up. There isn't exactly a TM on these..

Did you call them to make sure they are still doing the repairs ? They have been around for several years. Looks as if Leatherwood is trying to take care of you - $100 is a good price for a rebuild.

Mr. Leatherwood gave me this site to have an original VN Sniper Scope Bring Back repaired:

I did call, but there was no answer. I'll try again and contact Leatherwood to see what they say if need be.

Thanks for the suggestions.
