[ARCHIVED THREAD] - AR-15 Stock Inletting

I'm planning on building a special AR.
I was thinking about inletting the right side of the stock to install a coin like this one:

Is there anyone somebody here would reccomend?

You're going to have to be VERY careful to determing just how thick the stock is.
Most of these are fairly thin plastic shells and you'll break through easily.

I was thinking of doing a wood buttstock...easier to rout...but would prefer it on a plastic or fiberglass stock.

I'm a year out on this...so maybe I'll experiment on some old stocks I have laying around.
