It's been tan for a while, felt like it's been missing something so I added the rust color today. Still may add some black/grey spots but I don't know. Before Attached File After |

Had an unseasonably warm day here, so I decided to paint my first rifle. Had a lot of apprehension but damn was it easy. I think it turned out ok for my first try.
I didn't paint the ATPIAL-C that lives on it, or any magazines, and immediately regret it. They will get painted next warm day. Attached File Edit: Better Picture |

Thanks . That paints been on a couple years with some little additions here and there. I'm still playing with the vortex, picked it up yesterday to replace a 3-9x40. ETA I've got an m4 stock that actually matches the rest of the rifle, as it was painted with it. I later acquired the MOE and attempted to match it up lol

Finally got around to painting my beater AR. It started as a lightweight build and tinkering project with spare/extra parts I had.
Aero lower BCM BFH lightweight upper Aimpoint T1 I used Aervoe paint from Brownells. Cleaned and degreased with good 'ol elbow grease, brake cleaner and acetone. It's a kryptek hybrid. Attached File Attached File |
