It's a bit artsy but it does an alright job of showing the paint- I used Aervoe's Earth Brown, Forest Green, Coyote and Khaki along with a few little dabs of Rustoleum's Army Green. It's pretty much the sponge technique with a few extra colors. If you'd like the full write-up, go ahead and shoot me an email or a PM. One thing about the sponge method though, it's real easy to bunch everything up too much so be careful of that. If you do, your rifle pretty much ends up looking like a solid color from a distance and, needless to say, that doesn't break up the shape too well. |
