Hi All, From what I understand, getting the check you send for a form 1 should be really fast.... right? I just did my first form 1, well it was sent about 2 weeks ago but I do not see the check clearing yet. I filled out all the papers and went over everything many times to be sure I got everything exact. After putting everything in the mail and leaving the post office, I was feeling pretty relieved that everything was done and sent. Then that last nagging question hit me... I checked all the forms so much but did I remember to sign the check hock.gif Well, anyway that is my only worry now, the wait for the form 1 is not al all bad but I really want that check to clear :) . Anyone find it take over 2 weeks to have the check clear? |

althought not an indicator of anything, my check cashed the day after arrival to BATFE for my suppressor last month and the 2nd day after arrival for my form 1 (waiting on approval as we speak) about 2 weeks ago last time, I didnt fill in the info on the fingerprint cards (DOH!) but since my phone number was on my check, they called and did it for me (THANK YOU). so this time, I included a business card with my submission. just cuz. personally, I take a copy of EVERYTHING I send to BATFE so I can look over it and see, if I get that 'nagging feeling' |
