Is there a site where I can go to and access printable atf forms? I know it has been asked before just can't find it. Why don't they publish it in or as a WORD document?

They are all on ATF's website. Type in your information and print it out.

If you're selling as an individual, you don't have one. If you were representing an entity, you'd be "trustee", etc. |
