I checked the sticky and found that the link is a little different than the one posted: http://www.atf.gov/forms/dcof/
Now my question is, if I want to register my lower as an SBR, do I just need F 5630.7 - Special Tax Registration and Return National Firearms Act (NFA) and the fingerprint card FBI FD-258LE - NFA, Imports ORI WVATF0800? Thanks in advance |

Thanks in advance That's the correct fingerprint card, but you need to use the Form 1 (5320.1) –– you must submit two copies, both signed in ink. If you are filing as an individual, you will also need to fill out and sign one copy of the Form 5330.20 - Certificate of Compliance With 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B). The 5630 is the application that FFLs use to apply for their SOT. It has no use for unlicensed individuals. |
