Sorry my search sucks, but do we still have to notify the ATF as I have several NFA items and moving next month.

How do I proceed doing it?

Box 2 is "No"
Box 3 is left blank
Box 4 is your list (May take more than 1 form if you have more than 3 items)
Box 5 put "Permanent change of address"
Box 6 is your old address
Box 7 is your new address
Box 8 "Private vehicle"
Skip boxes 9-11
Box 12 signature and "Trustee" if you have a trust

As long as it's an intrastate move, just notify ATF when you're settled in.  Otherwise, you'll need an approved 5320.20 before moving any SBR, SBS, etc... weapons.

There's no requirement to notify them of an in-state move. Don't bother.

If you're going to send one in, I'm up in the air on this for an in-state move, you have to completely fill out another form and make a second copy to send in.
