Well it was a tight fit in the stock but now you can lift the barrel up and down in the stock...
What can be done?
Should i just contact customer service?

nothing, it's a cheap injection molded stock. if you want to get rid of the flex you need a real glass/graphite/ carbon fiber stock. laminate and even good old walnut flexs a lot less than the cheap plastic stocks.
