| Just to clarify, will the standard AUG mag fit in the AUG A3 M1 rifle? I know the A3 M1 version takes standard AR mags but not sure if it takes the AUG mag as well. |

The standard AUG magazine will fit in any AUG stock except for the NATO stock. The NATO stock is meant solely for USGI type magazines. The NATO stock can used with any AUG model. Therefore the AUG M1 (as well as all others) will have the ability to accept both the standard AUG stock (for standard AUG mags) or the NATO stock (for M16 type mags). |

I think the OP is asking the question--can a either of the two stock styles (the "regular" AUG stock and the "NATO" AUG stock) accept BOTH types of magazines?
The answer to that question, of course, is "NO" Each stock works only with the intended type of magazine. |

Thanks for the reply guys. Regular AUG mags are a great price right now and was just wondering if they would work in the AUG A3 M1 NATO. I was pretty sure they wouldn't work but wanted to check with you guys since I don't own one yet but am thinking of getting one.
