This is involving a custom AR-10.

Is there any difference in accuracy between a fixed standard stock and a telestock?  My friend says no but I recently put the fixed stock back on and I swear it has improved my shooting.  So am i smoking crack or am i on to something? Had a Vltor telestock on it but now am back to the standard AR-10 stock.

The standard stock probably allows for a better cheek weld and may be stiffer.  Doesn't make the gun itself any more accurate but allows you to shoot it better, if that makes any sense.
