Who makes the stock on that rifle and do they make one that would work with an M1 action?  I've been thinking of another M1 in .308 and putting a decent scope on it.  That stock would be great since its not going to be in original clothing anyway.

McMillan M2A

The M2A stock is a pistol grip M1A with a vertically adjustable saddle type cheek piece. It is designed to be used as a long-range weapon when equipped with a scope. The adjustable cheek piece allows the shooter to see through the scope and still maintain a desirable cheek weld. It must be bedded and is not legal for NRA Service Rifle Competition. For M14/M1A rifles only.

Cool pic! Thanks for posting it.

Cool photo but why is each guy wearing only 1 knee pad?

It's on their shooting knee for right handers.  I would guess that they only need the pad on that knee.
